The virtual experience which kicked off on the 9th of February will be coming to a close with a “Game Changer” keynote session with former SVP & CMO at Chick-fil-A—Steve Robinson as he shares what home builders can learn from the “Second Mile Service” hospitality guidebook he developed and implemented, transforming the customer journey, and also creating a brand customers can’t live without.
According to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the decision to transition from in-person to virtual experience came after countless hours of research, meetings with NAHB member leadership, talking with exhibitors and surveying attendees as the health and safety of IBS attendees and exhibitors outweighed all other considerations.
For the first time, all exhibitions will be virtual as industry-leading architects, interior designers, developers and builders will share the most current design ideas and strategies that can be used to update elevations, renew floor plans, animate streetscapes, enhance amenities and develop dynamic neighborhoods.
This year’s virtual exhibition was opened to a wider audience to show off new product launches, share industry knowledge from top experts, and connect with customers in need of their services.
The International Builder’s Show, launched about 76 years ago, is the housing industry’s largest annual trade show and exhibition. The exhibition brings together virtually every aspect of the building industry and housing professionals from across the US and abroad.
So far, it has served as the biggest platform for connection, and the perfect showcase for suppliers and manufacturers looking to market and sell to builders, architects, developers, dealers, and distributors as it features the latest cutting-edge designs, strategies, technologies, products and services in the industry and various educational seminars.
