The Ogun State Bureau of Lands has urged its workers to come up with a creative initiative that would aid the implementation of government policies and programmes.
Mr. Aina Salami, the Special Adviser and Director-General in the Bureau gave the charge in Abeokuta during a meeting with the Staff within the week and tasked them to ensure activities of the agency should no longer be business as usual in the New Year.
In his admonition to the staff to exhibit a high level of dedication and teamwork within the limited time frame, Salami assured that the management would ensure a conducive working environment and provision of work tools to enhance their performances.
As he implored the workers to work together in unity and dedication, he reiterated that the best of everyone would be projected where their team spirit and commitment reigns supreme.
The Director-General noted that the Bureau would remain one of the reliable agencies of government for increased revenue through the landed property.
Also speaking, the Director, Finance and Account, Mr. Femi Solanke charged members to continue to contribute their quota to the development of the State and strive to generate more funds into government coffers, in order to meet its targeted Internally Generated Revenue in the year 2022.
